A Driving Year at a Glance

Throughout the year at Touchstone Farm, we welcome drivers to driving lessons, carriage driving and sleighing clinics, individual lessons with well-known clinicians, presentations, shows, and other special driving events:

Dust off those winter coats and join us to Sleigh Ride during the January and February snows.

Travel with us to the New England Region of the Carriage Association of America’s terrific, educational and social weekend away in February.

Join a fun driving class of fellow enthusiasts wanted to take weekly driving lessons throughout the spring.

March and April bring Intro to Driving Clinics and an opportunity to get your horse started up again in our Indoor Arena with well-known and respected driving clinicians.

May brings a Pleasure Driving Clinic and Schooling Show.

June, July and August usher in a drive with the great Granite State Carriage Group through some of the best scenic driving roads in New England.

Also in summertime, you can help junior drivers at Pony Farm Summer Camp and the Day Camp at Touchstone Farm to experience the thrill of driving.

September brings more clinics for new drivers and those wishing to hone their skills to take either the CAA Driver Proficiency Test or the PATH, Intl. Therapeutic Driving Certification later in the fall.

September is also our banner driving event of the year…The Fall Festival of Driving, a sanctioned event with the American Driving Society. Look at the ADS Omnibus for full details.

October is the month for certification and evaluation…both CAA Level One and Road Test are being offered with the Driver Proficiency Program and PATH, Intl. Therapeutic Driving Instructor Workshop and Certification are being offered.

November finds us at Equine Affaire telling all the visitors about Touchstone Farm and its many fine programs.

December is our month to be peaceful and dream of next year!!!
