The mission of Touchstone Farm's Horse Power Instructor Training School is to provide an educational and experiential program for instructor training candidates who aspire to achieve the PATH Intl*. Instructor Certification.
Horse Power Instructor Training School (HPITS) is a PATH Intl. approved training course, and Touchstone Farm is one of the few PATH Intl. Premier Accredited Centers in the United States. Individuals who participate in this course and pass the PATH Intl. certification requirements are eligible for PATH Intl. Instructor Certification at the Registered level.
Our curriculum covers the essential topics for certification. In addition, we provide practice teaching hours and special emphasis on enhancing the instructor candidates' own riding skills and horsemanship.
