After 11 years of successful operation the mission of Touchstone Farm's Horse Power Instructor Training School is to provide an educational and experiential program for instructor training candidates who aspire to achieve the PATH Intl*. Instructor Certification.
Horse Power Instructor Training School (HPITS) is one of the few PATH Intl. approved training courses in the United States. It is offered on-site at Touchstone Farm which is a PATH Intl. Premier Accredited Center. Individuals who participate in this course and pass the PATH Intl. certification requirements are eligible for PATH Intl. Instructor Certification at the Registered level.
The course offers an unparalleled learning experience leading to national PATH Intl. Instructor Certification. To date, over 49 graduates, ranging from 18 to 63 years of age, have successfully completed the rigorous program of riding, teaching, training and coursework.
