Drop-off and Pick-up Information
For the safety and convenience of everyone, please follow these instructions for dropping off and picking up your camper.
Drop-off Information
On the Sunday start of your camper's session, please arrive between 2 pm and 4 pm. We will be waiting in the Lodge to greet you.
Be sure to check your camper in at the registration desk, located on the back porch of the Lodge.
Pick Up Information
On the Saturday of your camper's departure, please arrive between 9:30 am and 10:00 am and go to the Lodge.
A sign there lists the riding group for each camper, the horse she is riding, and where her is happening. You will be able to watch your camper in her lesson.
After her lesson, follow your camper to her Specialty. After the Specialty, you are most welcome to bring a picnic lunch and sit on the back lawn and picnic. We'll will provide drinks and desserts.
Horse Show Day Pick Up Information
For sessions that have a horse show on pickup day, we will email you the estimated start time for your camper's first class. You can plan to arrive in time for the class, or you can choose to arrive when the show starts.
