It is important that we receive all camp forms ahead of your child’s arrival at camp. Not only do these forms contain crucial medical information, they also help us get to know your child.
We use the information you provide on the forms to make the best decisions about roommates, riding lesson groups, horse selection, and other important aspects of your child’s camp experience. We also find that campers settle in more readily when they see that staff know a bit about their needs and wants during their stay at camp.
Please mail completed forms to us by June 1st. We ask you to complete the paper forms on paper instead of electronically because we believe this is the safest way for us to keep all of the personal information you provide private and secure.
